Booking Policy

1. Before Your Appointment
Please inform us in advance of any preferences (massage style, pressure level, focus areas, health concerns, skin sensitivity, injuries, pregnancy, recent surgery, or other medical considerations) so we can prepare accordingly.

2. During Your Treatment
Before your session, we will confirm your preferred pressure and treatment focus. If you experience any pain, dizziness, discomfort, or would like any adjustments, please inform your therapist immediately.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellation
Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours in advance.

4. Treatment Information
Each session reflects the therapist's professional skill and care. Additional requests will be accommodated within the scheduled treatment time. Massage is a wellness service and is not a substitute for medical care.

5. Insurance Receipts
The registered therapists at our center provide official treatment receipts. Insurance reimbursement depends on your individual insurance plan. We recommend confirming your coverage with your insurance provider before your appointment. Once the service has been completed, refunds cannot be issued.

6. Personal Belongings
Please keep your valuables secure. We are not responsible for lost or unattended items.
